Mission
Community Living Options is a human services agency that provides a range of high-quality support services to people in need of residential care, in-home assistance or community living supports. We are committed to providing these services in a manner that respects individual choices, encourages the right of self-direction, and affirms the dignity of each individual.

Vision
Community Living Options intends to strengthen its position as a direct care provider to regional CMHs, while simultaneously developing both Medicaid and non-Medicaid service lines that will generate a growing percentage of our total revenue by year end 2010.
